Become a Food Strong Wellness Warrior to empower and strengthen our communities through fresh, local foods.

Food Strong Wellness Warriors are supporters of the cause! By becoming a Wellness Warrior you are becoming an official stakeholder in our mission of helping underprivileged communities gain better access to fresh foods and wellness programs.

Our Wellness Warriors can formally volunteer or simply support the cause by sponsoring a program or making a contribution. All proceeds benefit Food Strong programming and are completely tax deductible.

We want to say thank you to the Rite Aid Foundation for granting us the opportunity to expand our School Garden Program to

4 additional schools. We will be able to hire on additional teaching staff to accommodate our expansion. Through our program, we will also teach how to identify wild plants, preserve foods, compost food, yard waste, and even start their own businesses. We will guide our students on designing, building, and maintaining their gardens. Additionally, we will teach our students the importance of fresh foods and show them how to cook healthy recipes.

We want to say thank you to Cuyahoga County and the Cuyahoga Land Bank for funding our new Vacant Lot Restoration Iniatiative, in partnership with the Rid All Green Partnership. Through these funds, we collaborate with community groups to turn vacant lots into vibrant agricultural, entrepreneurial, and gathering spaces.
